Hi! My name is Katie, and I am a senior English major at Hollins University. I will be graduating with my Bachelor of Arts in May 2025 with a teaching licensure for 6-12 Secondary English. I have a passion for reading and for the arts. In my free time, I enjoy crafting and watching movies. At Hollins, I am president of the Asian & Pacific Islander Student Alliance; giving attention and diversity to fields that are underrepresented is incredibly important to me.
As a teacher, I want to guide students in expanding their knowledge and interests in a meaningful way that can better prepare them for the rest of their lives.
